Member Management & Member Billing
Now Available!
This modern, web based system has replaced FSPC and all councils and
assemblies should now be using the system or be in the process of
transitioning to the new system.
Online Applications
Member Billing and Member Management are some of the many online
applications offered through our Officers Online secure Portal. Other
applications available to financial secretaries and faithful
comptrollers include Reports Online, and the Program Calendar. Grand knights
and faithful navigators have access to Reports Online, the Program Calendar,
as well as By-Laws Online.
Under Member Management, councils and
assemblies can manage the data about their members including - changing
address, updating degree status, maintaining the roster of officers and
service program personnel by electronically transmitting these changes to
the Supreme Council Office eliminatng the need for councils and assemblies
to file paper forms and reports.
The Member Billing application, which compliments the Member
Management application, allows councils and assemblies to:
- manage the financial transactions for their council / assembly;
- create, edit and archive Receipts, Vouchers, Assessments and
Adjustments;
- maintain a list of accounts and sub accounts, payee / payor lists,
and council / assembly defined sub classes for billing (military,
students, etc.); as well as,
- produce billing notices and record payments received from members.
It is our belief that Member Billing, together with Member
Management, will streamline the duties and responsibilities of our Financial
Secretaries and Faithful Comptrollers.
Note, only Financial Secretaries and Faithful Comptrollers will have
access to the Member Billing application.
Gaining Access
Financial Secretaries and Faithful Comptrollers who do not have an
account registered to access Officers Online -Member Management/Member
Billing can create their account in a matter of minutes after receiving
their Invitation Code. To get your Invitation Code, have your
membership number in hand, and contact our Customer Service Department at
(800) 380-9995. You should let them know that you are a financial
secretary or faithful comptroller and you wish to have an Invitation Code to
register your account. Customer Service can also assist faithful
comptrollers who have forgotten their username and/or password.
FSPC Release 3.55
Member Privacy Upgrade
Coming in July to all Councils & Assemblies
In the weeks ahead you will receive notification of a special release of
FSPC. Release 3.55 will update your FSPC system deleting any member
social security number information you may be maintaining and removing the
field from the FSPC - Member - Personal Information screen.
While we are strongly encouraging all councils and assemblies to begin use
of the Officers Online - Member Management/Member Billing system we
understand that FSPC may continue to be used in some cases.
Full information, an installation CD and instructions on installing FSPC
3.55 will be coming shortly to this website and to your mailbox.
BETA TESTERS NEEDED: We need
a few volunteer Beta Testers willing to test the FSPC 3.55 Member Privacy
Upgrade prior to distribution throughout the United States and Canada.
Participation entails downloading the installation instructions for the new
release (FAQs and Installation Instructions here)
as well as the beta copy
of FSPC Release 3.55 (beta copy - FSPC3.55.exe
here) and then installing
the upgrade on your computer. Following installation you are asked to
run FSPC 3.55 and report back any problems or issues you encounter.
While we do not anticipate any problems we want to be sure that the new
release works properly and does not adversely effect the system's
functionality. Any problems or issues regarding the new
