WHAT IS FSPC?

FSPC (Financial Secretary's Personal Computer program) is the Financial Secretary's software tool. FSPC is designed to help automate many of the Financial Secretary's tasks. The program will print billing notices, membership cards, and various reports. FSPC will also keep detailed records of the council's member information. Below you will find a list highlighting the features of the FSPC program.

FSPC Program Features

Menu driven, modular design allows for use of only those functions desired...from billing and membership card printing to advanced custom reporting and letter writing, labels, etc.
Full automation of all billing functions for quarterly, semi-annual or annual billing including First and Second Notices, Knight Alert Letter, and Notice of Intent to Suspend.
Provides for inclusion of council wide and individualized member messages on 1st and 2nd Notice Bills
Membership Card Printing
Full File Backup & Restore Utilities using PKZIP25 File Compression
Windows based application - will operate under Windows 95 and Windows98
Mailing label printing
Comprehensive member tracking. Access to member records by browsing a list
