1. Printing Alignment can be Modified
It is now possible to adjust the position of text on a printed report, which includes bills and membership cards. If text on a report (in Output | Reports, Labels & Letters) is not lining up properly on your printed page, follow the steps below.

1. Select the report in the Reports, Labels & Letters window.
2. Click the Modify Report button.
3. Click on any item in the report and drag it to a new position. To select all items on the form, click in the upper left and drag to the lower right, drawing a "lasso" around all the fields to select them all.
4. Click the X to close the report window. When prompted to save, click Yes.
5. Run the report.

If you need to revert to the original settings for the report, select the report and click Restore Report.

Note The above does not apply to User Defined Reports.

2. Data Change Report Updated
All issues related to the data change report have been addressed. There are new procedures for using the data change report. Follow the steps below.

1. On the Output menu, click Reports, Labels & Letters.
2. Select Supreme on the left.
3. Click Data Change Report.
4. Click Run.
5. In the window that pops up, specify the date to use for gathering data changes. For example, if you enter 6/1/06, all changes made to members from that date to the present will be displayed in the report. Click OK.

3. FSPC Now Imports 2nd and 3rd Degree Dates
In version 3.01, FSPC did not import 2nd and 3rd degree dates. This has been fixed in version 3.5.

4. Officers Report Issues
In version 3.01 there were difficulties with getting the right officers to print even though the Officer Setup screen was correct. This has been fixed in version 3.5.

5. Several Queries Modified to Include Active Members Only
The following queries have been modified and now include only active members, in other words only Associate and Insurance members.

• Fourth Degree
• First & Second Degree
• First Degree
• Honorary
• Honorary Life
• Honorary Only
• Anniversary Report
• Birthday

6. Removing Deceased Date Clears the Deceased Flag
In version 3.01, if a deceased date was entered for a member, FSPC marked him as permanently deceased---even if the deceased date was removed, FSPC considered that the member was still deceased. This has been fixed in version 3.5. Now clear the deceased date and the member is no longer considered to be deceased.

7. Notice of Intent to Suspend Shows Only Open Transactions
In version 3.01, the Notice of Intent to Suspend listed all the member's transactions, even the transactions that were already paid for. This has been fixed in version 3.5.

8. User Defined Reports Subtotal Fixed
In version 3.01, the final group in the Council Transactions user defined report did not generate a subtotal. This has been fixed in version 3.5.

9. After an Import the Middle Initials Appear
In version 3.01, the middle initials for members did not appear in their records until you actually clicked in that field. This has been fixed in version 3.5.

10. Orders on Treasurer Reprint Report Provided
There is now an Orders on Treasurer Reprint report which allows you to print old voucher batches.

11. Include Grand Knight Name and Phone Number in Knight Alert
At the bottom of the Knight Alert letter, the Grand Knight's name and phone number print beneath the first line, where the Grand Knight is expected to sign the letter. The information is drawn from the Council Setup screen, located in the Setup menu.

12. User Defined Reports Landscape/Portrait Orientation
When a user defined report exceeds a total column width of 85, and indicator tells you to print the report in landscape paper orientation, and the number of lines printed per page will be 45.

13. Notice of Intent to Suspend Prints Correctly for Members with Same Last Name
In version 3.01, if two members with the same last name were printed a Notice of Intent to Suspend, a number of letters were generated for each member, mistakenly. This has been fixed in version 3.5.

14. Area Codes Included in Notice of Intent to Suspend
The member's full phone number and the Grand Knight's full telephone number are now printed in the Notice of Intent to Suspend.

15. Exit FSPC by Clicking the X in the Upper Right
In version 3.01, you could only exit FSPC by clicking Exit on the File menu. Now you can click the red X in the upper right of the program window.

16. Lists in Alphabetical Order
In version 3.01, some lists in FSPC (for example, the Fields list in the User Defined Reports) were not entirely in alphabetical order. The member list also incorrectly sorted names when two members had the same last name. This has been fixed in version 3.5.

17. Service Program Personnel Report Updated
In version 3.01, if a member who held a service position was deleted from FSPC, the Service Program Personnel report still showed that member. This has been fixed in version 3.01.

18. New Degree Notices Query
Use the new Degree Notices query when running the Degree Notices letter. This will filter out members who have been marked Suspend Degree Notices in their Fraternal screen.

19. Voucher Number Displayed in Reports
In the Orders on Treasurer and the Voucher Journal reports, the Voucher Number is now included. This number is to be typed into the voucher transaction in the Council Transactions area.

20. Bill 2nd Page Reformatted
When text in a Bill (Membership Renewal) must carry over to a second page, that page no longer repeats the transaction informaion already contained on the first page.

21. Event Profile Total and Voucher Journal Total Fixed
In version 3.01, the Total in the Event Profile and the Voucher Journal did not properly display amounts exceeding 9,999.99. This has been fixed in version 3.5.

22. The Is Blank and Is Not Blank Operators Now Function Properly
The Is Blank and Is Not Blank operators in the query builder now work properly.

23. Widened the Full Name Field in the Member Information List
Widened the Full Name field in the Member Information list to allow more space for the names to be displayed.

24. Two Fields in User Defined Reports Now Working
In User Defined Reports in version 3.01, the fields Tran Paid To/Received From and Transaction Voucher Number are not set properly.  This has been fixed in version 3.5.
