UPGRADES & DOWNLOADS

All existing users of FSPC 3.1 will be receiving a special mailing offering them an installation CD that will allow them to update FSPC 3.1 to release 3.52. This release addresses many of the issues and problems reported in prior releases of FSPC. Click on the link below for a list of the problems resolved in FSPC Release 3.52.

For existing users of FSPC please follow the upgrade instructions accompanying the installation disc carefully. FSPC 3.52 may also be used for a new installation of FSPC. However, you must enter your membership information manually or if you have a large council you may order a CRD (Council Roster Download) CD via this web site or the supply catalog. The CRD will contain basic roster information on your council's members. Instructions on installing FSPC for the first time can be found on the Getting Started page.

Please note: FSPC 3.52 is required if you are using or planning to use the Microsoft Vista operating system. Prior versions of FSPC will not work under Vista.

FSPC version 3.01 upgrade - This file is only used for upgrading 3.0 to 3.01.  If you have the DOS version (1.x or 2.x), you need to order the Windows version - this will be considered a free upgrade.

Qry.dbf file  -  Only use this file if you get an Alias error.  This will remove any queries you may have entered into the program.  Click on the file (right) and save it to C:\Program Files\KOC\fspc3.  Finally, when back inside the FSPC program, go to Tools and click Rebuild Indexes.

Help Screens Update file - This file will update your help screens, listing the correct information for the Assess Dues topic and the Labels topic.  Click on the file (right) and save it to C:\Program Files\KOC\fspc3.  Then go into the fspc3 folder and double click on the Help Screens file.  Unzip the file to the fspc3 folder.
