Several bugs have fixed and other modifications have been made to help FSPC better meet the needs of the Financial Secretary. Summer 2005- No Charge for FSPC
There is no longer any charge to acquire the FSPC software. All orders for the software are filled without charge.

May 2005 - Assembly Work-Arounds
A set of work-arounds has been developed to help assemblies take advantage of FSPC, which was specifically designed for councils. Assembly Work-Arounds

10.27.2004 - New Phone Number
FSPC Support has been assigned a new phone number.  All calls for FSPC software support should now be directed to (203) 752 - 4242.

9.10.2002 - ME Compatible
FSPC is compatible with Windows ME.  After much testing in ME and receiving positive feedback from financial secretaries using FSPC in ME, we have concluded that the FSPC for Windows is compatible with Windows ME operating system. 

8.01.2002 - DOS Support Discontinued
Support for the DOS version of FSPC is no longer available.  Support is still available for FSPC for Windows, version 3.0 and higher.  The discontinued DOS versions are 1.X and 2.X.  If you want to upgrade to the current Windows version of FSPC, see the entry below for Discontinuing DOS Support.

6.26.2002 - XP Compatible
FSPC is compatible with Windows XP.  After much testing in XP and receiving positive feedback from financial secretaries using FSPC in XP, we have concluded that the FSPC for Windows is compatible with Windows XP operating system. 

4.22.2002 - Help Organized by Topic
The Help information available on this website has been organized by topic.  Now one page will list all the relevant Help information on a topic, bringing together elements contained on several different pages of the FSPC website.  Go to Help by Topic.  See also Search the FSPC Website.

4.17.2002 - Revised Billing Statements Available
The billing statement used with the FSPC program, form # 2726 in the supply catalog, has been revised and is now available.  The text on the form has been modified.  The statement "Knights of Columbus Membership Bill" has been changed to "Knights of Columbus Membership Renewal."  This change in wording is due to bulk mail restrictions.  The billing statements format has also been adjusted slightly.  The 'Knights of Columbus' header has been moved upward.  Some users were reporting problems with the existing forms.  This new form should work properly and eliminate any conflicts that were occurring with the old form. 

2.1.2002 - Discontinuing DOS Support
With the widespread use and acceptance of Windows operating systems, it has become necessary for the FSPC Support Desk to focus primarily on the continuing development and enhancements to the Windows version of FSPC. Therefore, beginning in August 2002, the FSPC Support Desk will no longer be offering support for the DOS version – this includes versions 1.X and 2.X.  If you are currently using FSPC version 2.X, you will need to think about upgrading. To upgrade from DOS, you must order FSPC for Windows through this web site or from the Supply Department. On your order form, indicate that FSPC is a free upgrade (since you own a previous version), and you will not be charged. After installing FSPC for Windows, there will be an option to convert your data. There are instructions on the web site and on the CD-ROM which will guide you through this conversion process. Please be aware that you must have version 2 and version 3 on the same computer in order to convert your data. If this is not possible, send in a backup from your version 2 system and we will convert it for you.
