CONTINUING PRINTING WHEN PRINTER JAMS OR STOPS
Because of the volume of pages that are printed for membership cards and billing notices, problems occur that may stop your printing. It is necessary to be able to pick up printing where the last item was printed.
Continuing with Bills
The easiest way to continue printing bills is to count the number of bills that have been printed. For example, let’s say that the program printed 34. Run the report again, making sure that you are sending the output to the Printer and click on Run. A Print window should open and you should see the Print Range area.

Enter the next number (35) into the from: box and click on OK. The printing will start at page 35 and print to the end of the file.
Continuing with Membership cards
It is a little more difficult to continue printing membership cards in the program. First you need to find the last name of the last member that printed. Next you need to click on the Edit menu and select Queries.

Click on Add and click in the box beside the Query button. Here enter a name for the query. Click on Include as Member Group and set the Data Source to Members. Click on Field 1 and select Type, then set the Operator to Equal To. The Enter Character Value window will appear. Click on the Choices button and choose ASSOCIATE from the list that appears. Hit OK. Click on Enter Another and then click on the Choices button again and select INSURANCE and click on OK. Click OK again.
Click on Field 2 and select Last Name from the list that appears. Click on the Operator and select Greater Than. Now click on the Choices button and select the last name of the member who last printed on the cards. Click OK and click OK again. Close the Query Builder by clicking on the X in the top right corner of the screen.
Click on the Output menu, select Reports, Labels, Letters, click on Membership and select the cards you use. Click on the Query button and select the query you just created and run the cards.
