FSPC Release 2.01 - Installation Instructions:

**BACKUP YOUR FSPC FILES PRIOR TO INSTALLATION OF THE UPGRADE**

  1. Using the Backup Utility under Tools, insert a new floppy disk in your A: or B: disk drive and backup your current files.  If you are having trouble using the Backup utility under FSPC use the backup function under DOS, Windows/95 or other system to backup your FSPC2 directory.

  2. Download the appropriate version of the upgrade directly to your FSPC2 directory.  (FSPCS201.ZIP for standard memory installations or FSPCE201.ZIP for expanded memory installations).   If you are operating in a Windows environment, exit or start MS-DOS.  Change your directory to the FSPC2 directory.  At the FSPC2> DOS prompt type PKUNZIP FSPCS201.ZIP (standard memory) or PKUNZIP FSPCE201.ZIP (expanded memory) depending on whether you are using the standard or expanded memory version.  This process will unzip the program FSPC201.EXE.  Enter FSPC201 and press enter.  PKUNZIP will ask if you wish to overwrite FSPC.EXE.  Enter Y for yes.  After all files have been unzipped, enter FSPC and the system will go through a system upgrade and start FSPC 2.01.   If you experience any problems using FSPC 2.1 you may choose one of two options to restore your system to FSPC 2.0.

    1. You may download the FSPC2E.ZIP (expanded memory) or FSPC2S.ZIP (standard memory) file from the File Download Library to your FSPC2 directory.  Type PKUNZIP FSPC2E.ZIP or PKUNZIP FSPC2S.ZIP (depending on memory version used). PKUNZIP will ask if you wish to overwrite FSPC.EXE. Enter Y for yes.   After the file has been unzipped, enter FSPC to start FSPC Release.2.0.

    2. Your other option is to delete all files from your FSPC2 directory and then using your FSPC 2.0 upgrade/installation disk, select option 3 from the installation menu (Full System Install) and reinstall version 2.0.   Using your FSPC backup, restore your data files and you have restored your system to FSPC version 2.0.
